Why quality control?

Quality control is a very important concept for us, we always believe in giving quality products to our customer.We as a firm, always believe that providing quality products that boast the reputation of our company, increases customer satisfaction which helps us in building long term relationship with our customers. We make continuous efforts to improve the quality of our products, with every new process we believe in eliminating the errors and try to improve the quality of the products. The process as given below:

Defining objective is the first part of our process, we question our self what is the objective of the process? What does the client expect from us? We set standards for example: We need to make the process cost efficient and even we need to maintain the quality so , here the standards are to be set for quality.

The next step would be to measure our performance; here we simply keep a check on how much we are able to produce keeping the decided quality standard. If we are not able to match the quality standard it is simply an error for us.

The third step is to analyze our performance, this include getting the feedback from supervisors the person responsible for maintaining quality (main operator). Analyzing the performance helps us to know are the objectives being achieved or is there a problem/ error.

Improvement is the main towards achieving the desired quality, this helps in making the quality better every time the process is done, and improvement leads us to perfection later. Our team makes continuous effort and we believe there is always a scope for improvement and betterment.

Control is achieved in the end after going through the entire process once, the process of maintain quality is directly controlled by our senior members and later the reporting is done at the top level this helps us to create overall control over the process and quick decision can be taken.

The continuous quality management helps us to improve the quality of the product. It also helps in checking the process and then making the necessary changes.

Action : The process starts with action  ( our manufacturing process ) the process in carried under proper supervision to continuously improve the quality of the product, our action ( process) helps us to plan properly for the next time,  we keep an check on our process which becomes really beneficial in maintaining the quality

Plan : The plan is done before the manufacturing process starts and even after the process is over; planning is considered as map for future, through planning we try to perform the task efficiently and quickly. Planning saves a lot of the time for us and helps us to be well organized.

Check : The most important part of the process is to keep a continuous check on the process and to improve from the feedback, checking helps us to eliminate our mistake, it helps to improve continuously.

Do : The last step is to evaluate the error and doing the process properly for the next time, recognizing the error is not the end but to get rid of the error forever is our motto here, we make sure that the same error doesn’t happens again. Thus, in this way the quality is maintained in Ashok Rubber Industries.
